Organisation management
Getting started does not require any connection to your internal IT systems. Configure your organisation, create departments, and manage your trainees in a structure that reflects how your organisation actually works.
User management
Trainees can register themselves independently, with no administrative overhead and no limit on the number of participants. When onboarding a larger group, bulk import makes the process efficient. Managing existing trainees or deactivating departing staff is equally straightforward.
License management
TrueSim operates on a device-based licensing model. Licenses are assigned to devices in a matter of clicks. Nothing more is required.
Result management
This is where training becomes meaningful insight. Monitor trainee progress, observe where clinical confidence is developing, and quickly identify who would benefit from additional sessions. Results do not simply measure performance; they inform decisions.
Training management
TrueSim currently offers one training module: the ABCDE simulation. Additional modules are in development and, upon release, can be assigned to specific departments with ease.
